Any time I have an injury, first thing I do is book Chris! He has helped me with ankle injuries, knee injuries, tennis elbow, Back issues and now just today he was a big help. On Tuesday I hurt my shoulder, felt like I separated it and I was in a ton of pain. This morning he spent 30 min on it and by the end of the appointment I had way more movement and less pain. I highly recommend him if you are battling an injury or any pain. The man knows his stuff!
