We had a crew in of 2 or 3 fellows in for the past 3 days working on replacing our patio and doing landscaping. They were all professional, courtious, pleasant and hard working. They not only did their job extremely well, but did all the small things to make it AWESOME ... which showed passion for quality and customer service. Their Supervisor was easily available to answer questions and reviewed with us each day work progress and asked for opinions when needed. OUTSTANDING !!!
Won’t be able to totally express what a great experience it was to have Newport come in and totally refresh our 26 year old gardens! The hardscaping they did on both of our hills is stunning.
When I wasn’t happy with the small details, they went above and beyond to rectify.
They were at our property for 2 weeks and always had a tidy worksite and were very professional.
