I’ve been visiting Made Care Clinic with my family for six or seven years, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best medical experiences we’ve ever had. Dr. David Freedman is truly a gift from God compassionate, brilliant, and always there for his patients as if they were part of his own family. Guys I know they got bad reviews ! I don't blame them coming at 5pm when they close at 7pm, sometimes they are super packed by the time they get to all patients it will be past 7pm ! I got in and got in no time ! I had no issues! So it's not that bad ! Maybe I got here at a good time but people just complain, and for the staff at the front desk they make it hard for you if you come with attitude!
I’m surprised by how many reviewers believe they were seen by a doctor at this clinic . For the most part, this clinic appears to operate under a delegation model, where assessments are conducted by a physician assistant, and there is no physician physically on site. What’s concerning is that this is not clearly disclosed upfront, and patients are not corrected when they assume the provider is a physician. Greater transparency would help patients make fully informed decisions about their care. At the very least, they should be introducing themselves as a physician assistant when walk into the patient room.
