I drove all the way from Midtown Toronto to this hair salon, hoping to finally find what I had been looking for for so long. I have fine, thin hair, so I was hesitant, but Vida immediately knew what would work best for me. She did an amazing job, and I was happier with the results. I highly recommend her—100%!
There is no shortage of barbershops/salons in my general area, but decided on Soie based on google reviews and price.
So went into to Soie a couple of days ago for a haircut. An absolutely excellent experience throughout. It started with the quick and easy booking of an appointment online. After arriving at Soie, Alex greeted with a hello and smile in a delivery that already gave a good vibe from these fine folks. Alex was very welcoming, friendly and engaging. I had an excellent experience. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and very welcoming from the moment I walked in.
MZ (Mehrzad), is a true professional. He paid close attention to every detail, took his time, and made sure the haircut was exactly what I wanted. His skill and precision really stand out.
What impressed me the most was how respectfully and warmly the staff treated every customer. Their customer service is truly exceptional and makes you feel comfortable throughout your visit.
I highly recommend Soie Hair Salon Barbershop, especially if you’re looking for a talented barber like Mehrzad. I’ll definitely be coming back!
