We are very happy with our new front door from Ruscan! They were able to stain it in a custom colour of our choice as well as some other custom modifications we asked for. The installers were very polite and careful with the installation and took the time to make sure we were satisfied. We had a time crunch on when we needed the door installed by and they were able to get it done before our event which was a big relief! Thank you Arvin for helping us along the way to make sure we were satisfied with the stain and the final product before it was sent to our home!

We renovated our home and used Ruscan to install our interior garage door, a large window and a backyard door. Unfortunately, the backyard door was installed with a high lip on the sill threshold. We asked Ruscan to replace the sill so it would be flat and prevent anyone from tripping. I met with Nicole and she said they would replace the door and install a flat sill for us. It was difficult reaching Nicole and then I received a call from Arvin. He kept in touch with me via text messages and phone calls. Although there were a few cancellations and delays in the end Arvin arranged to have the door replaced.
