Great experience. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We adopted two cats on loan to Petsmart from local pound. The vetting process was very thorough. Petsmart staff truly cared that the cats were going to a good home.
James was friendly and professional. He explained the packages and the add on services. He checked my dog gently before I left which made me comfortable leaving the dog for grooming.
Some guinea pigs were housed solitarily which was odd, but i've seen them do this in multiple PetSmarts. They're social animals and can die if not provided with enough enrichment and socialization. anyway the lady with the cats was so nice and sweet !! The cats seemed genuinely really happy and were all so nice. the environment the fish are in are pretty bad & betta looked distraught and stressed as usual. Store was clean, staff was nice, just needs more funding in certain aspects, i know theyre temporary homes but some enclosures are very small
