They take extra care in navigating tight spaces and stairs. Customers have been satisfied with their service, with no complaints or issues reported on multiple deliveries. Their staff is praised for being exemplary in their conduct, and for keeping packages safe and undamaged.
Shameful!! Based on the claimed delivery attempts, UNTRUE, we were home all the time. Never a call to the number provided or a knock at the door. The driver clearly lied on the delivery records. How does this company stay in business? Fellow consumers, if you find out that Metro Supply is the chosen delivery party, insist that another company handle it.
Anything below zero, driver takes a picture of the mall sign, takes a screenshot of a call log show that they called and hung up, couldn’t even bring it to the PO Box. If you want a package delivered, dont get it from this company.
Awesome delivery! Had an ordered delivered today by Nick, him and his team were absolutely amazing! They had to bring the TV up 72 stairs to the house on top of a hill! They did such a great job and were super friendly. Thanks for the extra effort guys!
