All the staff at this location are A1. The older Italian gentleman, Michael, in plumbing really knows his stuff and always gives me great advice. Would like to acknowledge Jerry in Hardware, always so pleasant and very eager to help as well as Marshall and Craig. It's nice to go into a Lowe's where you see the same faces most times you go in.

There are so many issues with this store.Some of the staff have no customer service skills. And get away with a lack of experience or skills. More training can be helpful.Their system shows inventory of items online, but they can not locate it in store. Then the store manager doesn't think it is the store issues to solve. Store should reinforce their system and policies regarding the location of their products.Return goods are a bid challenge as they give customers a hard time.Some of the employees act like they are in social events and treat customers as enjoying interpretation to their social chet chat.
