Lifetime is an excellent facility with everything you need to stay active and healthy as a family, even with children. The staff is welcoming, and the gym is large, well-equipped, and always kept clean, making workouts enjoyable and comfortable. One of the highlights is the boys’ basketball program, led by the fantastic Coach Nav, who truly connects with the kids and helps them grow both on and off the court.
