I had racoons gaining entry to the attic from my roof. I called iconpest and Abdul came and fixed it he was very polite and thorough, racoons never came back since. I also went with the lifetime warranty.
About a year later there’s a racoon outside. I see it on my roof, I called them and they came and removed the racoon. I was being charged $250 but I was misunderstood that it would be covered under my warranty so Abdul was very understanding and came to an understanding /agreement with me and that helped me out very much and solved my problem. Thank you
