The service was beyond exceptional from the get go . Bahar the pleasant lady from customer service took my call . She was friendly , patient and efficient. She knew the procedure involved and explained it to me. .Steve was the guy who came to our house . He too was very pleasant , patient and professional. We had woodpeckers that needed to be removed.He set up the trap , came back after they were caught and blocked the holes. . I can honestly recommend Icon pest control .We were very satisfied with their service!!!!
Mason has been the technician who services our office for years now. He is always on time, very polite, and efficient. We have not had any bad experiences, and are very grateful for the work he does!
We had a great experience with Steve. He was courteous and very professional. Steve called in advance to let us know he was on his way and offered an ETA. He thoroughly explained the process and shared his videos with us to let us know exactly what was discovered and what he proposed to have done to address the matter.
