I absolutely adore the team at Heart & Soul and especially Joan who have helped me on my healing journey. I usually come in to see Joan for massage therapy. She is so passionate about her calling as a healer and is so devoted to her practice. I step out lighter, happier, and with a fresh perspective about my week ahead. During my sessions I can finally relax, and hit pause on all the stress that life can bring.
