Always have had a wonderful experience whenever I ran into any IT issues. Got responded within minutes, excellent customer service. Jamie and Jonas are very pleasant over the phone. They have a strong understanding and knowledge of EMR , Microsoft and all IT issues that I wouldn't understand at all !!!
