However, recent concerns have emerged about communication and availability, as some clients have struggled to reach the office. There are also questions regarding the business's current status and location, with reports of the McArthur Office being up for lease.
I like Theresa and I have been filing with her for years but I almost gave her 4 out of 5 because I can't reach her and I am about to lose a house I fell in love with because I need a T1. I wish she could see this message and check her voice mail and answer me.
Anyone knows if Clear Return Taxes is still in business? or relocated? ... They aren't answering and their McArthur Office is up for lease!!! Can we please get some news if they're still in business?
I’ve used this place for years and always had a good experience. They are quick, efficient and affordable. I am self-employed, so taxes are a bit tricky for me to do. I always feel at ease with Theresa and another fellow who has helped me there. I recommend it.
