Tried out the new meditation class and was definitely a zen experience; A relaxing place to declutter the mind. Kelly had some neat things that helped to tie in the whole experience to be one of calm and fullness.. Cant wait to try the whole meditation experience again! Thanks Kelly!

What a unique place for the Valley! It was such a relaxing experience and the owner was great with explaining everything. I went in for my free session and I'll definitely be going back for more!
