Everyone was so pleasant and Lyn does such a great job so I left another place and followed her to Val Caron. I did go to First Choice on Lasalle in Sudbury for years and it wasn't enjoyable.

I was fortunate to have the manager of First Choice Val Caron cut and style my hair today. She was exceptional. Like I wouldn’t have expected to find such a talented hairstylist professional working in a small greater Sudbury community. You could tell it was simply her superior artistic talent that facilitated her ability to cut and style my hair perfectly. Yet, what made it even more incredible was her absolutely pleasant and professional personality while she worked on my hair. This is surely one occasion where First Choice Hair hired an exceptional and talented individual. I'm amending my review. I previously had a baf experience/cut for my son. I then received a phone call apologizing and they offered to have him come back free of charge to fix it. We went back and saw someone new (Lynn) and she was great with him. She fixed what the previous person (who no longer works there) did. She was also pleasant and tried to chat with my son and I. Much better experience.
