I can’t say enough good things about Dan and his team. I called him last fall to do the weeping tile and blueskin around the entire perimeter of my property after another contractor did a terrible job. It was only a few weeks before winter, but somehow Dan found a way to fit me into his schedule. He charges a fair price, and he’s efficient and professional. The work he did was at a rental property I own, and he accommodated my tenants and neighbours while completing the job. The proof of his workmanship was this spring. Dry basement, happy tenants.
