Like many folks I surmise, I experience quite a high level of anxiety whenever I go to the dentist so the fact that my old dentist was downtown TO and COVID hit I had the perfect excuse to avoid going. That is, until I noticed a cavity and a tooth that required a crown. Thus I bit the bullet and through a good friend's recommendation reached out to Uxbridge Family Dentistry for a consult. Right out of the gate I was impressed on a # of fronts; super friendly staff, always on time (don't be late Joanne will be waiting at the door for you HA HA- she's a gem!), and a 'chair' side manor that to date has not been topped. It was my first visit and while it should have been a new patient consultation, I had a dental emergency and Dr. Vicki and Joanne handled it in a very kind and professional manner. Everyone was pleasant and I am happy to be a new patient.
Having moved to the area, Uxbridge Family Dentistry came highly recommended and now we know why. Dr. Banh takes the time to explain everything, ensures any concerns are addressed and is skilled at his practice. Everyone at the office has been efficient and pleasant and genuinely care about their patients. I'm very happy with our new family dentist office and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
