The owner is incredibly responsive—especially on Facebook Messenger. I messaged him on a Saturday evening about screen issues with my iPhone, and he had it fixed within minutes of me stepping into the store that same night. He even repaired my camera lens at no extra cost.

I went to Uxbridge Cell Phone Plus to get my charging port fixed and had a great experience. The technician took me in right away, explained everything clearly, and was extremely polite and professional. The repair was done quickly, and he even gave me a discount, which I really appreciated. Great service, honest work, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing phone repairs.

Came in on a Friday afternoon for an emergency battery change on my iPhone. I ended up needing a new display as well. They got it done in a short period of time as I needed to get it back before 5pm.
After the change, the battery was heating up during charging and I contacted them on Sunday. They asked me to drop it off in the afternoon and replaced another battery for me. They are fast, efficient, well priced and very professional. They have maintained the same level of service through my many dealings with them.
