For years I have had UTS look after my large hedge which they always pruned beautifully! This year was different! The two fellows that pruned the hedge this time seemed to finish the pruning rather quickly than usual. When they left I went outside to inspect it and was surprised to see how poorly the hedge was pruned! I hate to complain but I did and called UTS! Joel came out and I was expecting him to say it was a good prune but instead he agreed with me that it was a poor job and within a couple of weeks he sent out two other fellows to re-prune the whole hedge. This is the third time that I hire UTS to prune my many 30+ year old trees. Troy is the best - skilled, thorough and hardworking. He has no fear of height and can climb high with ropes to cut high tree branches. He also skillfully operated the bucket lift into my sideyard to cut my neighbour’s invasive tree branches overhanging on my property. It was amazing to watch him work non-stop all day. From out initial call to your office requesting a quote to the initial visit by your company’s Arborist to our property and yard to inspect our trees, shrubs and bushes that were in need of care after the long Winter to the prompt arrival of your courteous hardworking crew that went above and beyond on an extremely hot day to expertly and carefully remove, prune and cut what was needed, clean up, rake and take away all the dead debris when they completed the job.
