We did not anticipate doing roof work when we started our construction renovation project to convert nearly 7,000 sq. ft. of interior space to a community services center. However, we decided to hire Guycan Ltd. when our roof leaked during the winter, posing a threat to drywall work that was soon to begin. The Guycan team did a complete roof replacement during the cold season, making themselves available even on short notice calls that required collaboration with HVAC and other building professionals. Excellent customer service and professionalism at every step. They truly did all they could to address our needs. We would work with them again and recommend their services.

Kish Dayaljee was great. He was the first one to respond after speaking to the adjuster. He addressed the issue of our leaky roof and put in temporary measures to solve our problem. He was honest and we felt supported by him. He monitored the repair and kept us informed along the way. We built a rapport with him and felt we could call on him at anytime.The roofing crew he assigned was excellent. Andy listened to our questions and came up with solutions.
