Was referred to this clinic by a friend and was lucky enough to have received a massage from Richard. He was extremely friendly and professional. He gave me a thorough assessment and helped identify the cause of my tension headache. He also took time to teach me about trigger points and how I can deal with them in the future. Really appreciate the effort and thank you for the positive experience. Had a great first visit!!

Dr. David and Michael are great at treating my back and shoulder! I've dealt with back and shoulder tightness for a while now and I've always felt way better after seeing them. The great thing about their team is that they share notes with each other so they know how my back is doing and they can target specific area that's troubling me.

I have been coming into the HealthyToDos clinic for the past 5 weeks due to a lower back injury from the gym. Dr. David Tam is not only professional, but his experience and expertise has helped me with every stage of my recovery process. From initial assessment, massages, acupuncture to a steady list of different stretches and light exercises I did at home to help speed up my recovery, he is always happy to answer any questions. I love their schedule flexibility and they were able to change my appointments a few times where I couldn’t make it. Kelli is always the first person to greet me when I walk in.
