Came when arranged. Had all the equipment and supplies needed to install a new propane furnace with the necessary duct work. Had arranged for the removal of old oil tank and furnace. Answered any questions I had. Neat and tidy with excellent clean up. When inspected by outside agency there were no issues, only praises for the workmanship. Highly recommended as the furnace works perfectly....
