I had my eyewear prescription filled by a highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly Optician, Christopher B. yesterday. I was surprised with their quality and pricing. Chris made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Chris helped me pick out my glasses. Both Kim & Rose are excellent customer service reps. My husbsnd was over whelmed with the service. They explained everything in detail right down to my previous glasses still under warranty. They are the best & theses are my second pair of glasses. Highly recommend this vision center.👌🏻 👏
Emma the Customer Service Manager was amazing. Purchased a watch a few weeks ago and she was able to assist me finding a receipt online. She was extremely busy so I left my info with her. After I purchased a vaccuum I waited for my order at McDonalds. She found me in the restaurant and handed me the receipt! I offered to buy her a treat but she declined as it is against store policy. Give this Girl some recognition! She was extremely professional and friendly! Thank you Emma!
