The staff is accommodating and takes the time to explain the process, providing detailed information about the bath, drying, and nail trim stations. They provide great customer service, even with last-minute appointments, and have a professional approach.
We have been taking our golden doodle here for about a year and a half and every single time she comes home looking absolutely beautiful! She is always cut exactly to our request. Her nails are something I really notice as I don't hear all the clicking on our floors after visiting Pawsitive Pets. Our dog gets pampered and treated so well. I am always confident that we are leaving her in capable and wonderful hands. Communication and booking is very easy as well. We get email confirmation and reminders for all of our appointments.
