Have been using them for over 40 years and never had a problem in all that time. They have always treated me well. Takes approximately 2 minutes to get my taxes done and they deal with audits as well. I know this from personal experience.

I was apprehensive about leaving my income tax without talking to someone first. A couple of weeks later we received a phone call saying that our taxes were done and ready to pickup. When I got there I explained that I really wanted to have some items explained to me. Debra took us to her office and went through our returns with us so that we could understand what was happening. I know that they are understaffed there but she took the time and helped us enormously. Thank you.

I hadn’t been to H&R Block for years and went this year because I had some important documents that I wanted to ensure were done properly. Deborah was amazing and very knowledgeable, explaining things to me that I was completely unaware of, making what I thought would be a complicated return, a breeze!
