Have been using them for over 40 years and never had a problem in all that time. They have always treated me well. Takes approximately 2 minutes to get my taxes done and they deal with audits as well. I know this from personal experience.

When I got there I explained that I really wanted to have some items explained to me. Debra took us to her office and went through our returns with us so that we could understand what was happening.
