Doug is a very friendly and knowledgeable person. I called him in a pinch when a rock hit my windshield on my BRAND NEW Ford Bronco. The dealership wouldn’t do anything at all for me despite purchasing multiple protection plans. I brought it to Doug and he got on the phone right away to order me a new windshield. He had it installed in a very timely manner and for a fair price. Now my windshield is good as new thanks to Doug!
