Fantastic customer service, I’m a car show guy. Took my 2017 mustang GT to them to get springs and a short throw shifter installed. They were a bit unsure on the shifter which I understand is a bit out of norm, they did they their research and installed it perfectly. Didn’t even look like they worked on the inside of the car when it was done. Was spotless upon pickup, just had my springs installed on my 2024 mustang GT. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received. The lady at front desk was super kind, stayed late just for me to be able to pick up my car at 5:25. I have had to bring my car into D&D a few times and every time , I was pleasantly surprised! They had found the problem right away and it was a minor repair.
