Despite the clear statement on the Comfort Property web page, “No Job Too Small”, I was still reluctant to ask about the relatively small task of replacing laundry room shutoff valves. That was a needless worry. Mike responded quickly to the e-mail request, provided all necessary information, and gave a heads-up before arriving with the tools and parts to complete the task the next day. The two worn -out valves were expertly replaced, and “no leaks” is just one of the many positives to describe the excellent service provided. Thank you, Mike!

The guys came in finished a door I started to install. They also installed an outside door with a screen door. They cleaned up behind themselves every day and did a beautiful job. I will be definitely asking them to do more for me in the future.

Update July 10, 2024: Mike responded to an email about checking on a leaky sink in my house that currently has renters while we're out of country in Belize. That was yesterday. Less than 24 hours later it's fixed and paid for. Thanks so much for taking the anxiety out of these kinds of things Mike! Appreciate you!

He even came out first thing the next day even though he had originally said it would be later in the day - so that he could beat the next round of rain that was due to hit in the afternoon.
