The caring and knowledgeable staff are customer-focused, willing to go above and beyond, and prioritize patient safety and excellent care.
I can’t recommend Affordable Optical in Tottenham highly enough. One of the spring hinges on my favorite pair of glasses broke, so I brought them in hoping they could be repaired. After inspecting them, the staff explained that the repair couldn’t be done in-store, but they immediately sent the glasses to their lab.
To my surprise, they had them repaired and back to me in less than two business days. Even more impressive, they didn’t charge me a cent for the repair.
