I had my hair cut/blown out with Aisya yesterday, and what an amazing experience it was. It was my first time going, but definitely not my last. She took the time to listen to me and offer helpful suggestions. She was really personable to talk to and mindful of my time given that I was on my lunch break.I will definitely be visiting them again as they are so close to my work and it was a lovely experience. I got so many compliments on the blowout when I went back to work.Service: Blowouts
The person in charge was rude when I got my nails done a couple weeks back. Instead of saying something better like “Would you like to reschedule? We don’t have anyone available to do a gel nail at the moment” when I asked if they could do a gel nail instead of a regular. Instead they put the blame on me saying “Oh you didn’t say you wanted xyz.” I am human I just asked but you don’t have to be rude about it. I honestly should have walked out right then.Also, I got the new person who spent way too long just shaping the nails, almost half an hour. I warned her multiple times I only have an hour. Update: the most customer centric spot in the neighbourhood. Updating my review to 5 stars. They scheduled me in for a correction, and I’m impressed. Would definitely recommend going here.Starting with the good things first: convenient location, and friendly staff. However, day 3 of getting a shellac polish change and half of them are chipped.
