Satinder was the aesthetician that did my service. She was excellent and personable. Loved my time getting a relaxing mani pedi and massage while I awaited my flight at Toronto airport

(Update - to my surprise and to their credit the company reached out and made this right, so I updated the rating but left the original review for transparency)
The back massage on a chair was fine, but I asked and was charged for 30 minutes, but it didn’t feel like it lasted that long, which I raised but was assured that it had been half an hour. Except that my wife, who had just gotten before me, showed be she had paid 16 minutes before my return. $110 plus tip for less than 15 minutes is highway robbery.

Beautiful manicure done by Amanda(I think that was her name!)
She was personable and very professional.
Had a massage chair afterwards and recommend that as well!
