We had our 2023 truck let us down one day with mechanical issues which were warranty in the end and with one phone call to them the service team jumped into action, not only following up with us right after that call to CAA but they wanted to ensure we were being looked after and if we needed a ride or anything they could do for us at that time and to confirm and let us know that the tow truck was dispatched and enroute. Before our truck even arrived to the garage they offered a loaner truck for us which put us at ease as we live on the outskirts and were wondering how we would get home that evening. Dealt with Mitch Lavigne buying my 2026 GMC Sierra AT4 2500HD and he went above and beyond for me. Made me feel right at home, , and left in my new truck feeling like a king.
I also went into service to do my tire swap I was also treated like royalty. Even made a new friend getting driven back to my business
