I wasn’t impressed with the service here. The service person came out to my truck to get the kilometers and take pictures, but instead of being professional, they stood there vaping slowly while doing it. It came across as rude and unprofessional. The work itself got done, but the attitude and lack of respect for my time left a bad impression.

Staff and management are very kind, friendly and willing to help you at the drop of a hat but... Does anything ever get done right the first time within the shop? Why don't parts get ordered right away upon request and after confirming the issue with the service clerk? I hope this location improves in quality control because I do like coming here.
