Very poor service, do not deliver on their commitments as they state, then are super efficient on getting their money. Customer service is low on their priority list. I could do better going with Amazon than with this service. I would report this business to the BBB but they are still working within the covid protocol. e360 should be ashamed of the reviews they are getting. It would be better to pay after the service is done, never before.

Not impressed with the service and especially the way they treat people. False promises and they dont do what they say they will. Horrible place.

Awful service, had a sewage backup in basement. Called E360 two times and couldn’t fix the issue. I gave up on them and was able to fix the issue permanently with a small snake.
