    Best Buy Timmins recently changed delivery companies, making scheduling and direct communication far more challenging. The GeekSquad appliances warranty guy doesn't send updates to GeekSquad warranty department, which delays the claims processes, leaving the cx without a functional appliance for up to 2 months. Due to this issue, I purchased a new replacement appliance, then refunded it, as I found a 2nd hand machine for half the price and faster delivery. When the in-store refund was completed, it did not appear in my bank account. Therefore, I escalated this issue twice within 2 hours to their head office for an immediate investigation.     Service used to be excellent. Now it's just new faces and they all look too exhausted to help you. The lady behind the desk was actually banging her head on the desk when I needed help. Very poor attitudes and high prices.

    The store associate in the cell phone area installed a lifetime warranty screen protector on my new phone for a fee. She was very careful and meticulous. It was perfectly installed.
