It took 9 months to get the parts in. They fixed it like a week ago... Today will be the second time we go back since fixed Another part not installed properly.... i do like the staff...They try hard to make customers happy... The only thing I don't like about Active Collision we had to stand outside in the heat for like an hour... no where for customers to sit inside Also you very uncomfortable waiting inside... like you are not wanted...
There should be a place for customers...
Customers should come first...

Excellent work done on our Truck after we got rear-ended, however, there was a 9 month delay because they were very busy. In that time we moved to sudbury and with insurance could not change shop. We had called and arranged for a single day; when I arrived I was told three days.Not happiest but I should not have been promised one day. They did what they could and that afternoon I was on my way back.

Very pleased with the result of of two projects. Work truck collision repair done perfectly in a reasonable time. ALSO, my 89' jag resprayed with some rust repair. They were up front about the cost and made good on some complicated touch ups after the fact. I will bring all my work here moving forward.
