Active Collarsion Services Ltd. provides great service and excellent work. The staff is very knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. They do an awesome job and go beyond for their customers, even cleaning vehicles inside. Repairs can sometimes take awhile due to waiting for parts or because the shop is very busy, leading to delays. However, they are reasonably priced and turn a very bad day into a minor inconvenience. They complete work thoroughly, sometimes even finishing sooner than quoted. Customers recommend them highly instead of other businesses.
Great service very knowledgeable and I would recommend them instead of other business if it takes them a month or a week or a few days it ok cause I know when I get my vehicle back it we'll be fix stop and think before given them a hard time they are doing their best as other business are rude and refuse insurance jobs this company goes beyond for their customers and I writing this before repairs are bring book I we'll be writing a other review of there great service after my vehicle is fix .
I had an accident in 2024 , took awhile due to waiting for parts, as I would not leave the vehicle there until all parts were in. Got called all parts in , was quoted so many days, it was ready 4 days sooner, and an awesome job was done. Truck had lots of dog hair when I brought it in , went to pick up the truck, and the inside was cleaned like new. Thank you for the great service 👍👍
Fast, friendly, great work, and reasonably priced. We were having a Very Bad Day (the sort of day that you need to visit a repair shop), and they turned it into a day with nothing more than a minor inconvenience. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
