Oxford and Elgin's Pool Pros are hands down the best people to work with. Moving into a home with no prior pool experience, the team was patient, helpful, and informative. It's been almost 5 years now of dealing with the team and they've been there to help me with leaks, repairs, and just general troubleshooting. Honestly cannot recommend a better group of people- whether it's just opening and closing or its an entire pool install, they are reliable every step of the way!

My mother is a senior and Debbie is always kind and accommodating. She greets my mother at the door and assists her into the chair. She is following all of the covid rules and policies. She visits with my mother and is always cheerful. On top of all of this....she makes my mom look and feel like a beauty queen.
I have Taryn for my pedicures and Ashley for haircuts. Never had any issues. All the staff are polite and professional.

I've been going to Tracy sense she started at this shop , lets say 30 plus years . That it's self should tell you how good she is , I'm very picky with whom does my hair. She has a very nice personality very pleasant and friendly and is easy to chat too. All the staff there are very pleasant to us ,each and every time we go in the shop. Tracy is very professional at all times and she there to do good for her clients she a awesome manager.
I tell everyone to go see her they will be pleased with her services. I really don't know what I will do if she ever retires. When you find someone that does a awesome job on your hair for that many years you don't want to start all over.
I met with Kerri for a massage today. She was such a professional, kind, patient, empathetic soul. As a patient with chronic pain, I could tell she has a strong knowledge of trigger points, fascia release, and really heard my particular concerns and focused on them, while also giving good allover relief and relaxation. It was a positive experience for me... finally! Would recommend Kerri!
This morning, I used my Christmas Gift Certificate for a relaxation massage. Nancy has magic hands and I feel so much more relaxed than when I arrived. I ask myself- why don't I treat myself once in a while through out the year??? I think I will! A facial sounds good.

I called and asked for someone to come out and quote me on a brand new man door for my garage. The young lady on the phone agreed and asked if it was urgent?
I explained that the wind was blowing snow into my garage. She suggested that maybe I try some new weather stripping. So I went in and bought some in white to match my door.
It was a little tedious to install, but now that it's in. I haven't had any snow inside since. Thanks for not trying to just sell me a new door and caring about the customer and not just the profit. Chantelle helped me save some money that I can put towards another renovation now.
Side note: What A Beautiful Showroom! Highly recommend!
