I received a call less than 3 hours after dropping it off that it was repaired. Dave had cleaned up all the files and updated my computer and installed a cleaner. The cost was very reasonable and cost much less then what is charged by bigger repair companies. I checked out my laptop when I got home and found that it was very quick with all applications and my laptop works like brand new.
