My BRAND NEW car was hit in a parking lot and the person who hit my car was honest and told me — we went through insurance and of course insurance wanted me to go to where they suggested. I was very hesitant as to where I wanted to go because my car was just a few months old. I ended up booking with whoever the insurance company wanted me to go to but I had a weird feeling and needed a second opinion. CSN Collision in Tilbury and Chatham gave excellent service. They were very considerate and helpful. When I explained I was going away for a few months they managed to get my car in and repaired quickly. The front end of my car looks brand new and they even cleaned the interior for me. Very satisfied.

I would never hesitate to go here or recommend CSN. Amanda was amazing at answering my questions, and also showing a lot of compassion with how I was feeling about my situation with my vehicle (which I may have an unhealthy attachment to...lol). Jason was amazing at taking the time at explaining the situation, and the whys, how's, ifs, etc. And he also was very compassionate and patient, going above and beyond by moving my damaged vehicle to the back so I didn't keep seeing it every time we drove by. Which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend!
