The instructor Ms. Kajal Rana has strong communication skills with a clear voice, which is positive. It's great that the instructor has good practical knowledge and is helpful in correcting mistakes during practice sessions. Overall, it seems like a positive experience.

The training for first aid and CPR was very well explanatory and easy to understand from the instructors what they are explaining and showing examples of the first aid and CPR. The clause was very exciting and very motivating and inviting to everyone.
