Underpinning with 24/Pros was the absolute best choice we could have made. Why? First, we were able to live in our house for much of the basement work. Farshad sealed off the basement Farshad and his team are beyond superb! #1 - the all made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the process. #2 - they allowed us to live during the underpinning for 2 months which saved us $10,000 in rent #3 - they communicated often and accurately, Even when they hit snags that were unexpected (found septic tanks under our house!) # - were polite and clean. We were able to use laundry washer & dryer throughout the time they were there. Their cleanup was really amazing. # - their work was perfect and all as expected. They actually helped the engineer with some unique issues related to our home (120 years old). Overall, the quality of the work was A+ and it was completed on time and on budget (was a reasonable price). His team worked hard every day, were remarkably efficient, tidy, reliable and super friendly.
