Just had a fuel pump replaced on one of our vehicles . We have had other work done on our vehicles and every time there is no overselling just work that needs to be done. The staff is very helpful knowledgeable and courteous. Even had the mechanic show me the old pump. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced. Thank you to all the staff.

Our experience of selecting Andres Paara as our agent in buying our home in Thornbury was nothing short of exemplary! As I've purchased 6 homes in my lifetime, I have a lot with which to compare Andres' level of service :-)
Right from our initial meeting with Andres, he was extremely professional, well-prepared, intuitive to our needs, a superb listener and highly knowledgeable about local market conditions. After a short-ish 60 minute meeting, we felt a great level of confidence in him, which only grew through successive phases of the buying process.
We engaged him in July'20... a very challenging time in the real estate market given the demands of COVID. There wasn't a lot of inventory on the market, and Andres cautioned us to be patient. There was one particular house for sale, which we had completely dismissed (before engaging Andres) strictly due to how it was presented in its on-line listing. Andres suggested it would be unwise for us to not consider this home, particularly as it was in a stellar part of town (Thornbury) and because he knew from our past that we had the ability to 'make this house our own' (i.e., to acknowledge its 'good bones' and focus on its possibilities). Certainly in this instance, as well as when viewing other homes with him, Andres never hesitated to offer his point-of-view, while always respecting our assessment of the alternative homes we were considering. This may well be what I most admired about him. He's a straight shooter and is confident in his own abilities (as he should be!).
We enjoyed the time we spent with him, even during the negotiations with the seller. And, given that we had conditions both on the home we were selling in Toronto and this one that we hoped to buy, Andres exhibited *considerable* patience with both us as clients and with the somewhat complicated process we were all in. We think he handled the (mild) conflict that we had with the seller's agent extremely well.
In the end, we got everything we wanted from this transaction - a wonderful house that has easily been transformed into the home we wanted to create (and at a price point that was very favourable to us), a neighbourhood that has more to offer than any place we have EVER lived in before... and as a bonus, we've created a friendship with Andres over the past 4 years.
I would most certainly engage Andres should we ever decide to move (we won't!) and I would wholeheartedly recommend him as your agent.
