“I recently got classic lash extensions done by Taylor at Two Waves Essex for my birthday, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! It was my first time getting lash extensions, so I had lots of questions. Taylor was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She explained every step of the process and answered all of my questions, which made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment.

The results are exactly what I was hoping for. My lashes look beautiful, natural, and flattering. They honestly look like I'm just wearing mascara. They enhance my eyes without looking overdone, and I absolutely love them.

The only downside for me was all of the conversations that kept occurring up and down the hallway that put a huge damper on my experience. It was very disturbing to say the least and took away from the experience of relaxing during my 80 minute massage. To the owner, please be sure to change that so the customer experience isn’t ruined“
