Carol Vu was recommended to me by a friend and I am very happy I decided to work with her. She was ‘on point’ from the first phone call with a plan of action and a solution that addressed my concerns. She does not make you feel embarrassed with her questions and only ask what she needs to know. She is also very confidential with any information you share with her. Carol worked with me every step of the way and I really felt that she wanted to help in the best way possible. I highly recommend Carol Vu to anyone looking for an experienced and resourceful mortgage broker. If you need help with your mortgage issues, call Carol. She is awesome and will get the job done!
Carol was exceptional in assisting me and my husband in refinancing our mortgage. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and efficiency were top notch. She made, what is usually a stressful experience, quite manageable and was responsive every step of the way. Highly recommend!!
