Very happy with the purchase of a new furnace from them in the Fall of 2023. Recently, turned on the air for the first time and had a concern. It is currently a very busy season for HVAC companies, but Mike sent over a technician in a timely manner. Thank you to the brilliant tech Dylan, for his friendly and speedy service. I am once again a happy and 'cool' customer. On that note, my husband thanks you as well. ?

My father had his furnace inspected by EnerCare. To make a long story short, after an inspection with a camera, the heat exchanger was said to have a crack and the furnace was deemed unsafe. It was red tagged and he was told he needed a new furnace. He does have another form of heat for the house but it is not optimal.My father called me up, somewhat concerned, and I said, call a local guy in to come have a look.He called Harold's Heating and they came out promptly the same day.After actually cleaning the furnace, visually inspecting by eye, and testing the furnace, the exchanger had no crack and the furnace operated correctly and was deemed safe.I am writing this review...read full review
