I’ve been 3 times now. Kio or Kia did my nails each time! He was very attentive to my requests and his work was precise! I have walked away each time very happy!! I am also asked if I want my eye brows waxed or a pedicure (that’s part of the business) but once I’ve said no, I was not asked again!! I’ve only had pleasant experiences.

Loved it. I loved the attention to detail they had on our nails, while still holding nice conversations. My mom definitely enjoyed her experience. Even massaged our arms an hands when we were done, never had that and felt amazing.

Okay, so my nails look awesome, but the experience was just awful.At any given time there were 3 or 4 techs talking in a different language, hovering around me, like my nails were some mystery that needed to be solved. I was asked, "Do you want this? You get that! Get a pedicure! You should get an eye brow wax!"I also got pinched by the nail tech while she was doing a design. I have a high pain tolerance, so I didn't even notice the nail dent on my finger till long after we left. Maybe they should be wearing gloves too?
