I originally gave this place 2 stars but since the store reno they have really stepped up their fish care levels. It looks clean and well taken care of. Its not dirty anymore and there's no more dead floating fish. Someone cares. Good job!

Excellent service and I have purchased x2 hermit crabs for my daughter and accessories, so far and was given great feedback and useful information from all of the staff. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. Environment is safe and great for young ones lots of cool fish and other animals to look at.

The store has what we need for our cats, the app is a bit to get used too but I'm earning some good reward points. The staff is friendly but I find they don't know a lot about the products they sell.
