NEO Women's Health Network is a clinic with highly-regarded doctors who provide excellent care. Patients praise the doctors for their expertise, especially in surgical practices and pregnancy care. The clinic utilizes advanced technology for communication, making the patient experience convenient. However, some patients have reported negative experiences with the administrative staff. Concerns include slow response times to urgent calls and errors with prescription delivery. Despite positive feedback about the doctors, the inconsistent administrative support may impact the overall patient experience.
It's impossible to get in touch! I had a good experience during the first consultation when they contacted me, but as a patient it's impossible to speak with them; they don't answer, they didn't leave an email address for contact, and the platform only allows contact when they unlock the chat.
Dr Jocko and Dr Splinter are wonderful ladies, and my fiancé and I couldn’t be more grateful
to them for the treatment and care we received while pregnant with our first. Dr Splinter delivered him and it was such a great experience, kudos to them and their team! ❤️🙌
