Just got my car back from an interior and exterior detail. I was greeted by being told my car was hated and was evil. I couldn't tell if it was a joke or not, but I take offense, because I love my vehicle. Yes I had pet hair. I paid for the third tier cleaning, figuring the pet hair would be absorbed into the cost. It wasnt. Apparently it took three hours to just vacuum the interior. So I would imagine the last hour they had my vehicle was spent rushing the exterior. The consensus on the exterior detail is inconclusive because of course it had to rain cats and dogs the day I decide to get a detailing. Happy to give a positive review. NCC did an excellent job cleaning my SUV. Other locations never were able or cared to clean my Weather Tech mats well. NCC made my 8 year old car and WT mats look brand new. I also appreciated getting a reminder about my appointment the day before. Great customer service. Efficient and courteous.

A few things: First, they have an efficient appointment system. They even called me a couple of days to confirm our appointment. Second, they did an excellent job helping my vehicle recover from winter with complete detailing inside and out. Third, courteous staff. What's not to like? Thank you.
